Keith Fentress Ministry ("we," "us," or "the ministry") operates the website at kfministry.com. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit or interact with the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.
We try to collect only the information needed to communicate with you and operate the ministry well. Depending on how you use the site, that may include:
We use the information you provide to:
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with outside parties except as needed to operate the services described in this policy (for example, with our newsletter or payment providers) or when required by law.
Like most websites, kfministry.com may use cookies and similar technologies — small files stored by your browser — to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand in aggregate how visitors use the site. Any analytics we use are intended to give us general usage patterns (such as which pages are most read), not to identify you personally.
You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the site function.
The site links out to, or embeds content from, third-party platforms — including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, RSS.com, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others. When you click an outbound link or interact with embedded content, you leave the kfministry.com privacy environment and enter the platform's own.
Please note: external platforms have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not control how they collect or use information once you are on their site or service. We encourage you to read their policies before using them.
Financial gifts and store purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (such as the platform that powers our store and the providers that process donations on our give page). Those providers handle your payment information directly under their own privacy and security policies. We receive only the transaction details we need to confirm and fulfill the order or gift — never your full card number.
This site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption on the site itself and relying on reputable third-party providers for payment processing and email delivery. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time as the ministry grows or as the tools we use change. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or about information you have shared with us? Please reach out through the contact page — we'd be glad to hear from you.
